  14. Here's a set of materials that would be useful to go into the web, if
  15. it isn't there already.  If there are clients out there that support
  16. "reply to owner of node" that would be a way to support a direct
  17. interface to email based services -- if I recall right the EIES system
  18. has some of that in it.

  57.       Starting from April 1992, fully automated bulletin boards 
  58.       for preprints in physics and mathematics are available 
  59.       at SISSA (International School for Advanced Studies), Trieste, 
  60.       Italy.   The service is free and people are welcome to use it.

  62.       Preprints can be submitted and retrieved.  It is also possible 
  63.       to subscribe to a daily distribution list, containing authors 
  64.       and abstracts of the papers just submitted to the board.

  66.       The boards are operated by sending commands by e-mail to
  67.       the appropriate Internet address:
